Fuji Machine Asia Pte. Ltd.

Innovative Spirit

A concept connecting Fuji to the world
It all began with innovative spirit

In 1959, the company founder Sakagami established Fuji Machine Manufacturing Co. Ltd., which is the former company name, together with 13 associate pioneers. They introduced a groundbreaking "FS-type single function machine" to the world after continuous efforts in research and development. Fuji, which contributes to the development of manufacturing all across the world, started here as a machine tool manufacturer.

Taking advantage of the knowledge gained from machining tools and a wealth of ideas in product development, Fuji took a leap into the new field of automated assembly machines. This led to building the foundation of the electric component mounter robots, which is our main business.

Inherited innovative spirit

We are now at a point at which we have shipped around 70,000 of our flagship machines, cutting-edge chip mounters that are smart factory ready and built off the back of technology grown in long-term product development and research development. These machines contribute to production activities at electronics factories all over the world.

Spreading innovative spirit to the world

Fuji's products are shipped to over 60 countries around the world and the proportion of our sales that are outside Japan exceeds 80%. Fuji is a very global company with around 100 offices worldwide. Fuji's service network is connected through these offices. Though this network, Fuji has established a system that can quickly respond to requests from customers; any time, anywhere.

Fuji's products continue operating all over the world without rest. Fuji engineers continue to work in research and development such as developing the predictive maintenance technology utilizing AI for production lines and building smart factory solutions utilizing IoT in order to contribute to improved productivity for customers.

Evolution of our innovative spirit TEST

As a manufacturing company not limited to the constraints of a single field, Fuji is still continuing to test the boundaries with various product lines, such as our factory automation focused compact multijoint robots and atmospheric pressure plasma units, our nursing care focused mobility support robots, and our logistics focused public stocker system.
