On the 7th of May 2024, in the Bac Ninh office of Kurtz Ersa, Fuji Machine Vietnam, and Kurtz Ersa Asia participated in a signing ceremony of business collaboration memorandum between the two companies. Present at the event were representatives including Mr. Bernd Schenker, President of Kurtz Ersa Asia, Mr. Nguyen Van Vinh, General Director of Fuji Machine Vietnam, and members of the respective boards.

Mr. Vinh recognized the significance of this occasion as a pivotal moment in the growth trajectory of both entities, anticipating mutual benefits from the partnership.

Mr. Bernd highlighted Vietnam's standing as a promising market with rapid growth potential and acknowledged Fuji's esteemed reputation, both domestically and internationally. The cooperation between the two companies within Vietnam is viewed as integral to the advancement of their shared objectives.

Following thorough deliberations on future tasks and objectives, both parties reached a consensus to formalize their partnership through the signing of the contract.
